See Movies in the Theater for Cheap (or free!)
I love going to the movies. Over the last few days I have seen two movies in the theatre, A-Team and Shrek 4. The normal price of these movies would have been almost $50. But I spent half that, $25. Here's how I did it!
1. Fandango has a lot of promotions online. Tropicana Juicy Rewards recently had a promotion, for a few points, one could get a buy one, get one free Fandango movie code. It was short-dated, June 16, but luckily 2 movies were coming out that I wanted to see! My son and I saw Shrek 4 for $8 total (his ticket was free). Then a few days later we saw A-Team (which was awesome, by the way). There were 4 of us and we spent $16 total. I had (2) buy one, get one free codes for Fandango. I had one of my own and then bought a few off ebay.
2. Cokerewards.com usually has a free AMC movie ticket offer. In the past, it was only around 400 points, but last time I checked, it was around 900. So if you drink Coca-Cola products, this is another way to get into the movies for free.
3. Mypoints.com also offers Regal gift cards. I recently cashed out for a $10 Regal gift card, took several months of saving points though!
4. Stouffer's Dinner Club also offers (2) free Fandango codes for 2,000 points. I have gotten these tickets once, it took a long time to save up that many points!
And if you frequent certain theatres most of the time, it would be worth it to sign up for their club! Here are a few:
AMC MovieWatcher
Regal Crown Club
