I stopped into Target this weekend and Valentine's clearance was still 50% off. I was a little surprised. I picked up some candy and a few decorations, but everything seemed overpriced.

I did find ice melt on an endcap for $1.78 a jug. We've had a really mild winter here in NE Ohio, but it's always good to stock up, especially at that price!

In the dollar section, purple dot items were 70% off, so I got a few folders.
