Ace Hardware
On Saturday, May 25th, Ace Hardware is pledging to give out 1 million American flags nationwide in honor of Memorial Day. Visit participating Ace stores on May 25th to receive your free 8″ x 12″ American flag, and a second flag will be donated to a local VFW Post to be used for marking and honoring veteran graves this Memorial Day. Limit one 8″ x 12″ flag per customer, while supplies last.
99 Restaurant & Pub
On May 27th, 99 Restaurants are offering all veterans and active duty military a free entrée from their 9 Real Size Entrées for $9.99 Menu with the purchase of any meal with valid proof of service. Firebirds Wood Fired Grill
On May 27th, dine in with a veteran, active duty service member, or Gold Star family and lunch or dinner will be free with military ID (free entrée equal to or less than your purchase). Accepted forms of ID include: U.S. Uniform Services Identification Card, U.S. Uniform Services Retired Identification Card, Current Leave and Earnings Statement (LES), a photograph of you in uniform, you in the restaurant wearing your uniform, Veterans Organization Card, or Gold Star Lapel Badge.
