Always Eat After 7: The Conclusion

This book has been a great support system for me, while on this getting healthy journey. Everyone has losing weight temptations. Mine are snack attacks right before bed. Especially when I am binge-watching my fave shows like Outlander. The tips and tricks, along with the filling recipes, will keep me on track.

The most challenging times to curb hunger are just before bed and in the morning. By following the Always Eat After 7PM program, you have the most willpower to stay on the diet because you are eating during the hours when you are most hungry. For me, I love carbs, but this book has helped me switch my focus to eating more protein, so my body can go into ketosis.
