  • Visit DoorDash.com or download the app to find out if and when on-demand delivery is available in your area by searching for “Girl Scouts.” If not immediately available, continue to check back in to find a local troop nearby.

  • Beginning Feb. 18, enter your zip code into the Girl Scout Cookie Finder to find a booth near you, to purchase cookies from a local Girl Scout troop for delivery, or to donate cookies to first responders and local causes

Old Navy Class Action

If you made any in-store or online purchases at an Old Navy store or an Old Navy Outlet Store between November 12, 2015, and December 2, 2021, you may be eligible to receive store credit for up to $10 on a future purchase.

This class action settlement is the result of a court case (Barba v. Old Navy et al.) that alleges Old Navy used false or misleading listing prices and deceived customers about how much they were saving on advertised sales.

Minute Maid Recall

Minute Maid’s parent company, Coca-Cola, initiated a voluntary recall of Minute Maid products on November 10th because of the potential for contamination by foreign metal objects including metal washers or bolts.

It looks like only three varieties of the popular juice drinks were affected: Berry Punch, Strawberry Lemonade, and Fruit Punch. This recall is effective in eight states, so if you live in Pennsylvania, New York, Maine, Virginia, Maryland, Connecticut, New Hampshire, or North Carolina, this recall applies to you. As of now, there’s no evidence that other flavors or states have been impacted by the recall.

Capital One Eliminating Overdraft Fees

Yesterday, Capital One announced that it will completely eliminate all overdraft and non-sufficient fund (NSF) fees for its banking customers.

Capital One is one of America’s largest retail banks, and the first top-ten bank to remove these charges for all of its customers. Smaller banks such as Ally and online-only banks like Alliant have also recently eliminated overdraft fees.

Recall: Secret and Old Spice

P&G has recalled 18 varieties of Old Spice and Secret aerosol deodorants after a human carcinogen, benzene, was detected. While the levels of benzene aren’t expected to cause adverse health effects, P&G has opted to be cautious and voluntarily recall the affected products.

In high levels, benzene does have the potential to cause certain cancers, including leukemia and blood cancer of the bone marrow, and blood disorders that can be life-threatening.

If you have any of these following deodorants below, P&G advises to stop using immediately and discard them.

Krispy Kreme Holiday Donuts

The collection includes two classic holiday favorites, joined by three new varieties. The whimsical Santa Belly Doughnut filled with chocolate Kreme and dipped in red icing to look like Old Saint Nick himself makes its triumphant return. As does the Chocolate Iced with Holiday Sprinkles. New to the lineup are the Poppy Penguin, Snowman Smile, and Snowy Sprinkle.

The Poppy Penguin Doughnut is filled with original Kreme, dipped in icing and blue sanding sugar, and decorated with a penguin fondant piece. The Snowman Smile Doughnut is an original glazed dipped in white icing and decorated with fondant pieces to look like a snowman face. Finally, the Snowy Sprinkle Doughnut offers an alternative to the Chocolate Iced with an original glazed doughnut dipped in blue icing and topped with snowflake sprinkles.

Customers who order a holiday dozen will receive an assortment of the new flavors in a limited-edition seasonal box. For the doughnut purists who swear by hot-off-the-line Original Glazed only, Krispy Kreme is also offering a free Original Glazed doughnut and small brewed coffee to all customers on Nov. 26.

And because the holidays are a season of giving, Krispy Kreme is bringing back its "Day of the Dozens" special on Dec. 12, where customers can receive an original glazed dozen for just $1 with the purchase of any dozen.
