Do you have a MasterCard card? If you do, you can visit MasterCard.com and register your card. when you spend $200 online between when you register and December 31st, you will get a $20 gift card via mail.
From reading the restrictions, it looks like you can use it on gift cards too or even use it to pay a bill online and still qualify for the $20 gift card.
