Logical Media, a rapidly expanding company, and the online leader in Family Friendly Brand Name Marketing, is looking for a Sales Rep to join our dynamic team. This position will involve identifying and recruiting new advertisers to Logical Media by introducing them to the cost efficient and targeted results driven Logical Media way. The successful applicant will be expected to identify and contact potential new advertisers and negotiate budgets to help drive our business forward.
You will liaise regularly with these new & existing advertisers to help build strong working relationships that deliver results and maintain the high standards of service enjoyed between Logical Media and our advertisers. A clear understanding of the needs and goals of our clients, including advertisers and publishers, will be essential. As will the ability to negotiate and implement agreements to meet the needs of both. The ability to manage and grow relationships, both new and existing, will be a key part of this job.
As this position mostly involves working from your own home or office, you will need to be highly self-motivated, goal oriented, organized, disciplined and reliable. As part of your daily job you will be communicating frequently with the other members of our team and must be available and responsive at all times. We require a person who is pro-active, energetic and has excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Applicants should have experience and a proven track record in sales negotiation, relationship building and problem solving, preferably within the online advertising industry.
