Domino’s Pizza Robo-Call Class Action Settlement
Domino’s Pizza and RPM Pizza have reached an agreement in a $9.75 Million class action settlement regarding pre-recorded messages that were sent to customers cell phones without consent. Customers who received one of these “robo-calls” between 2006 and 2010 may be eligible to receive a $15 cash settlement or a FREE Domino’s pizza.
They are even giving people an option to see if you did receive a call and just don’t remember. You can go HERE to enter your phone number to see if you did, in fact, receive one of these calls.
There are two different payout groups:
- Class Members that received a robo-call between May 20, 2006 and May 19, 2009 can file a claim to receive a voucher for one large one-topping pizza for in-store pickup.
- Class Members that received a robo-call between May 20, 2009 and May 20, 2010 can file a claim to receive a cash payment of up to $15.
The deadline to file a claim in this lawsuit is May 4, 2013.
