Calling all Family Dollar shoppers!

If you received text message advertisements by or on behalf of Family Dollar from October 16, 2013 through March 7, 2016, you can submit a claim in the Reginald Moore v. Family Dollar Stores, Inc. Settlement. This settlement is a result of Family Dollar violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act by texting customers without prior express written consent.

Am I included in this settlement?

A total of 265,000 consumers were recipients of these text messages and should have received a notice/postcard in the mail – the text messages came from the short code 28767. If you did not receive a postcard but you think you may be included, you can call 1-844-202-5254 for more information.

What do I need to do?

Class Members who submit valid Claim Forms here before the deadline of June 3, 2016 will each receive a share of the $1.5 Million Settlement Fund. Although the exact amount of your payment cannot be calculated at this time, you are estimated to receive $45 in cash as well as a $30 Family Dollar gift card.
