Entries must be postmarked by January 6, 2019 and received by January 9, 2019.

Grand Prize (1): a Golden Pepperoncini and a year’s worth of Papa John’s pizza (twelve (12) months), awarded in the form of Papa Dough deposited each week (12 in Papa Dough per week for a total of 624 in Papa Dough for the year) directly into the winner’s Papa Rewards account. Taxes will also be paid for by the Sponsor. ARV $11,351

Second Prize (5): 250 in Papa Dough which may be redeemed for menu item(s) online at papajohns.com, via the Papa John’s app or at participating Papa John’s locations. ARV $250.

Third Prize (10): 100 in Papa Dough which may be redeemed for menu item(s) online at papajohns.com, via the Papa John’s app or at participating Papa John’s locations. ARV $100.

Forth Prize (100): 50 in Papa Dough which may be redeemed for menu item(s) online at papajohns.com, via the Papa John’s app or at participating Papa John’s locations. ARV $50.

Fifth Prize (1,000): 15 in Papa Dough which may be redeemed for menu item(s) online at papajohns.com, via the Papa John’s app or at participating Papa John’s locations. ARV $15.

Papa Dough awarded to the Grand Prize and First Prize winners will expire after 12 months. For Second, Third, Fourth and Fifth prize winners, Papa Dough will expire after six months from the date it was awarded.

Official Rules: Open to US, 18+. Begins on December 17, 2018 and ends on January 6, 2019. One entry per person.
