McDonald's: Free Meals For Healthcare

Starting on April 22nd-May 5th, you can score a FREE Meal — breakfast, lunch, or dinner! These “Thank You Meals” will be served in Happy Meals boxes and includes a sandwich, drink, and a side. Plus, a note of appreciation! There is a limit of one meal per person per day.
