Purchasers of fresh or frozen raw chicken (excluding meats marked as kosher, halal, organic, or free-range) from these states may be eligible for a settlement: California, District of Columbia, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, and Wisconsin.

If you’re from one of the above states & you’ve bought chicken in the last decade, it’s highly likely that it was from one of these giant producers.
