Covid At Home Care Kit

Everyone is getting Covid. Here is what to have in your isolation kit:

• thermometer

• covid tests (request free or get free at Walgreens, CVS, etc. through your insurance)

• Purell

• Clorox wipes

• Microban

• Mucinex

• pulse ox

• PCR test you can take at home for instant results (more accurate than rapid)

• vitamin c

• N95 masks, these are my favorite

• fans, to keep windows open and air out rooms

• air purifier

These items have been the most helpful for us when Covid hit our home.
