Target just announced that they’ll be launching their Target Circle Loyalty Program nationwide on October 6th! The Target Circle program was being tested in select regions, but customers loved it so much that they decided to launch it nationwide. Here are some of the perks…

All you have to do is provide your phone number at checkout (or RedCard if you have one) to get the perks. There are no membership fees and you’ll start earning 1% on all purchases.
